Designed for applications requiring high line speeds for increased productivity, the long lead ball screw series combines precision rolling technology with circulation features through the nut end cap. Precision grinding of the nut OD and flange face makes this design suitable for most positioning applications.

To further improve positioning accuracy, KGG offers a gap elimination feature for this series. KGG also offers a range of rotary nut solutions to greatly reduce the inertia associated with long rotary shafts. The long lead screw shaft is firmly fixed to the frame while the ball nut rotates in the bearing housing and is driven along the screw shaft by a tension belt.
