The rotating nut combination unit is a transmission system that converts the rotary motion of the ball nut into the linear motion of the nut itself (or ball screw). In this structure, a ball bearing is inserted between the nut and the support housing to realize a compact design in which support and rotation are integrated. It is an extension product of the ball screw pair, and its main components are composed of a ball screw pair, a rolling bearing pair, a nut seat, a pre-tightening adjustment (locking) device, a dust-proof device, and a lubricating oil circuit.

Small-diameter precision rotary nut ball screw combination unit products are mainly used in semiconductors, robotic arms, and manual devices. Large-diameter precision rotary nut ball screw combination unit products are mainly used for large-scale gantry CNC equipment.

There is high trust and moment stiffness because the integral unit has an angular contact structure. There is no backlash during rolling.

5.  Quietness.

The special end cap design allows the steel ball to circulate in the nut. High speed operation produces lower noise than normal ball screws.
