(1) High transmission efficiency

(2)High transmission accuracy
After hardening and fine grinding of the threaded raceway after the ball screw itself has a high manufacturing accuracy, and because it is rolling friction, friction is small, so the ball screw drive system in the movement of the temperature rise is small, and can be pre-tightened to eliminate axial clearance and pre-stretching of the screw to compensate for the thermal elongation, so you can get a higher positioning accuracy and repeatability of positioning accuracy.
(3)Micro feeding
Ball screw drive system is a high motion mechanism, in the work of small friction, high sensitivity, smooth start, no crawling phenomenon, so you can precisely control the micro-feeding.
(4) Good synchronisation
Due to the smooth movement, sensitive response, no obstruction, no slip, with several sets of the same ball screw drive system, you can get a very good synchronisation effect.
(5)High reliability
Compared with other transmission machinery, ball screw drive only needs general lubrication and rust prevention, some special occasions even without lubrication can work, the failure rate of the system is also very low, and its general service life than the sliding screw 5 to 6 times higher.
