Precision Ball Screw Details

Miniature High Load Single Nut with M-thread GLM Precision Ball Screw

The Cylindrical type with M-thread at the Nut end. The Nut should be mounted using M-thread. It is suitable for mounting with cylinder.

Accuracy grade of GLM series are based on C3 and C5 (JIS B 1192-3). According to accuracy grade, Axial play 0 (Preload: C3) and 0.005mm or less (C5) are available.

GLM series of screw shaft screw material S55C (induction hardening), nut material SCM415H (carburizing and hardening), the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 or higher.

Miniature Square Single Nut High Speed FXM Precision Ball Screw

The square Nut is finished with a large mounting face parallel to the Nut center. Nut itself has Housing function. This allows for a more compact design compared to Flange type.

Our FXM series has two types of accuracy grades, JIS C3/C5. Axial clearance is available in 0mm (preload: C3) and 0.005mm or less (C5) depending on the accuracy class.

FXM series of screw shaft screw material S55C (induction hardening), nut material SCM415H (carburizing and hardening), the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 or higher.

Miniature Rustproof Sleeve Type TXM Single Nut Precision Ball Screw

It is cylindrical single nut which is compact. The nut should be mounted by clamping on the keyway on the nut outer and nut end surface.

High Lead Rotating Nuts Precision Light Load Rustproof Ball Screws

The rotating nut combination unit is a transmission system that converts the rotary motion of the ball nut into the linear motion of the nut itself (or ball screw). It is an extension product of the ball screw pair, and its main components are composed of a ball screw pair, a rolling bearing pair, a nut seat, a pre-tightening adjustment (locking) device, a dust-proof device, and a lubricating oil circuit.

Application:

Semi-conductor industries, Robots, Wood machines, Laser cutting machines, Transporting equipment.

Features:

1. Compact and high positioning:

It is a compact design using nut and support bearing as an integral unit. 45-degree steel ball contact angle make a better axial load. Zero backlash and higher stiffness construction give a high positioning.

2. Simple installation:

It is installed simply by fixing the nut on the housing with bolts.

3. Rapid feed:

No inertial effect produced by the integral unit rotating and the shaft fixed. Can select smaller power to meet the rapid feed requirement.

4. Stiffness:

Have a higher trust and moment stiffness, because the integral unit have an angular contact construction. There is no backlash while rolling.

5. Quietness:

Special end cap design allows steel balls circulating inside the nut. Noise generated by high speed operation lower than ordinary ball screw.
